Do you remember when you started new diaries over and over when you were a kid? I do that with blogs.

This one is all about connecting in deep, meaningful ways with each other. In mutual connections where we explore our shared humanity, what inspires us and gives us passion. Where we find a space to both share and receive in balance. Think dog love. Dogs are the great equalizers of all humans. Why? They just are. You’re going to have to take my word for it. Even if you don’t like dogs. What? You don’t like dogs? What’s wrong with you? Now, see how I did that? Dogs don’t even go there.

With Kai, our 7-year-old 104 lb. lab in the lead, enter The Kainnection Adventure, an adventure to connect LIVE with other humans (and dogs) in a time when that just feels really important. I am Kai’s mom and so I can tell you this: he’s a VERY good boy. You can tell him that if you see him.

    Hi there! I just stumbled across your website and love what you have accomplished! I’m jut getting my practice started and really am wanting to put myself out there more and am finding quite a few clients have this “negative self talk” thing happening constantly, it’s something I still battle with from time to time too.
